Very nice place and a great setting - staff were okay and they need to do a better job cleaning the bathrooms in the cabin area - only reason it gets 4/5 stars. Restaurant/bar was good and the prices were reasonable. Cabins were really nice and a great choice for a private room. Overall, one of the best places to stay near the lake.

Another good location in the Selina group of hostels. Stayed in a mix of shared and private rooms during a four night stay (due to our booking). All rooms were very nice. Great pool area. Also pricing for shuttle service from Atitlan to Guatemala City was very fairly priced.

Some of the staff are nice, others could improve their friendliness. The 4 bed dormitory is super nice and clean, but we were not informed our room was close to a working area (noise & smells). Common areas are super nice, clean and comfortable. Also they could control the access to the premises of street dogs.

This like all Selina's always live up to expectations. The vibes are great, full of travelers, you can connect with people from all over. I really recommend. Only point that could be improved is the breakfast options included. Otherwise, great.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was very spacious (category: unique room). However, you quickly notice that the structure is very old and feels like it has just been painted over. The room had a very unpleasant smell of sewage and it was very noisy due to the construction site right next door and the noise from the street was also clearly audible. The staff is not helpful and friendly. Not worth the money.

Extremely loud. All night there were blasts going off. Morning there was construction. Gates slamming. Nuts dropping on the roofing which sounded like gun shots. The bed was awful awful and I had a private room. Could not get more then an hour of sleep at a time because of all the noise.

The hostel is very nice with beautiful pool and restaurant area outside and located right next to the pier to visit the other villages. Only one shower/bathroom for the dorm, and no curtains to the beds. The big downside is the service, very rude staff at reception not willing to help and we had to wait 45 min after check-in time to get our beds. Excursions and shuttles offered at the hostel are way overpriced.

The hostel is nice BUT DO NOT GO to the lake cultural advenure. I paid 60$USD to visit 3 town. The town i visited were not the one advertised and I was the only english speaking person in the group (apart from the guide). Did not understand most of what was said during the day. The hostel would not offer a reimbursement upon my retourn. 0/10 for that experience
